I met Rachel through a mutual contact last year, and have found an entirely new appreciation for the value and
expertise of estate agents through first‐hand experience of her personal, proactive, creative, energetic, strategic and
professional approach to marketing and selling property through the Lucy Cole Prestige Properties brand.
Our project, ENVI Micro Urban Village, is a boutique village of house + land packages on micro lots, and Rachel
immediately embraced the value and challenges of our project vision. So deep is her genuine passion for her work that
