Lucy Cole Prestige Properties was established on January 1, 2000. Starting as a one-person operation, Lucy Cole Prestige Properties has grown to become a major strong presence in the Gold Coast real estate market. The company has sold billions of dollars’ worth of property across the city, employs more than 20 people and has two high-profile offices in Bundall and Broadbeach.
The company’s focus has been on upmarket properties in the prime central residential areas of the Gold Coast including, Surfers Paradise, Sorrento, Isle of Capri and Broadbeach but spans from Coolangatta in the south to Sanctuary Cove to the north.
